| When Ross established his business in 1981 he was actively involved in providing clinical treatment to individuals and small groups. As he moved to focus on organisational work he employed qualified clinicians to provide these services. In October 2005 the clinical team established their own company and Ross continues to refer all requests for clinical assistance to this team.
